FRIDAY April 18th
Arrival and welcoming of the teams
From 15.00h all teams can check-in to the Hanze Trophy Tournament at sports park ‘De Siggels’. The teamleaders will be received by the tournament committee and the Euro-Sportring representative. The program for the weekend will be explained and all information will be shared (game scheduling, the tournament booklet and side games scheduling).
During the check-in the sports park will be open, please feel free to bring your football and enjoy a drink and a snack in our canteen.
21.00h Teamleaders kick-off at sports park ‘De Siggels’: score your first points!
20.15h Bus
At 20.15h a bus will be waiting at the entrance of your accommodation to pick up 1 or 2 teamleaders per team
At 21.00h Kick-off
The kick-off is for all teamleaders to meet each other. During this evening you will learn more about the tournament and the tournament rules by using a quiz. Besides a nice prize you can score your first Fair Play points. Please ensure that at least one representative of your team will be present at this event. Around 23.00h the bus will bring you back to your accommodation.
SATURDAY April 19th
First day of the Hanze Trophy tournament
09.30h Official opening at sports park ‘De Siggels’,
09.00 All teams gather at the mainfield
On Saturday we will start the tournament with the grand opening of the 21th edition with ALL participating teams. You are expected to be present at 09.00h at the mainfield and to gather by nationality. The national anthems will be played and the alderman of sports will officially open the tournament.
10.30h start at sports park ‘De Siggels’
11.00h start at sports park ‘Jo van Marle’
After the ceremony the first poule matches will start at both sports parks. The teams will battle it out in different poule for a place in the finals on Sunday. During the tournament there will also be some side games. In the tent the DJ will be ensuring a party atmosphere for everyone and there will be a lottery with fantastic prizes.
SUNDAY April 20th
09.30h Start of the second day of the Hanze Trophy tournament at sportspark "De Siggels” and at 10.00h at sportspark "Jo van Marle".
On both sports parks there will be enthusiastic soccer matches again today. The program includes the final group stage matches and the exciting finals. Once again, an enthusiastic DJ is ready to turn it into a party for all of you.
Before the winning teams are honored, there will be “Your Moment of Fame”. During this event, all players will receive their medals, and photo’s will be taken of the teams. Then, the prizes will be awarded to the winners of the 21th edition of the Hanze Trophy tournament.
